Work package 4 evaluates the impacts of offshore floating photovoltaic (OFPV) and offshore wind on the marine food web’s base using coupled hydrodynamic-ecological models, assessing effects on key higher trophic-level species in HKW and the sea basin. It analyzes cumulative environmental effects and establishes a robust monitoring framework for policymakers and tenders, while assesses the use of remote sensing data for monitoring and perform a life-cycle evaluation of demonstration infrastructure and upscaled scenarios.
